Returns & Exchange Policy
7-days, No Questions Asked Returns Policy
We provide a 7 days, no questions asked returns policy with no risk to you. Once the 7 days have lapsed, and if you are still wanting to return the product, there will be a processing fee equal to 7.5% of the purchase charged and you will need to return the product to our office. We will check the returned item/s and if we deem that there has been no damages to it, then we will process your refund. Please note that the refund can take upto 10 working days. To expedite the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with "Return Product" as the subject and remember to state the order ID and reason for the return. Returning Damaged or Defective Products You can return the product to us for a full refund within 7 days for a full refund. Please note that you will need to return the product to our office within the 7 days for a full refund.
If you wish to change the product for a different variation or type in exchange, the following will be the fees you will have to incur.
1. Upto a maximum of 7.5% as the returns processing fee on the original product.
2. An additional fee for delivery of the new/exchanged product (If exchanged product is to be dispatched to your address)
3. An addition fee or refund on the new item you are choosing to purchase. To process the exchange, please email email@example.com with "Exchange and Order #" as the subject
